В последнее время у отечественных знаменитостей все чаще случаются конфликты на жилищно-коммунальной почве. Коммунальщики с повышенным энтузиазмом «шьют» звездам задолженности, недоплаты и штрафы, а вот известную писательницу детективных романов Юлию Шилову местное руководство ТСЖ решило вообще замуровать.
Несколько лет назад Юлия Шилова купила элитный пентхауз на 30-31 этажах высотного дома на Ленинском проспекте. На момент приобретения квартиры в собственность ее не смущало, что лифт в доме ходит только до 28 этажа, остальной путь нужно проходить пешком. Тогда писательница и не думала, что кроме жилплощади, купила себе огромную головную боль, которая периодически будет всплывать в течение нескольких лет. Это вечная борьба с местным руководством ТСЖ, которое постоянно грозит перекрыть хозяйке пентхауза вход в собственные апартаменты. На вопрос Юлии о том, как же она должна проходить в свою квартиру, ни управляющая, ни инспектирующий пожарный конкретного ответа не дают до сих пор.
решила бороться с бесправными действиями местного руководства. Она подает в суд на ТСЖ, которое отрезает ей путь в собственную квартиру, и предлагает проходить два верхних этажа через декоративные балконы. Которые не оборудованы даже поручнями, а в зимнее время по колено засыпаны снегом. Фактически писательнице предлагается летать по крыше, словно Карлсону на свой страх и риск. И никто не гарантирует хозяйке пентхауза соблюдения даже малейшей безопасности. Вот такой беспредел устроило ТСЖ в элитном высотном доме на Ленинском.

Напомним, что совсем недавно известной российской певице Лолите Милявской удалось почти невозможное - она выиграла суд с управляющей компанией ТСЖ, дома в котором проживает. Это «товарищество» требовало почти 500 тысяч рублей в качестве якобы неуплаченных «дутых» членских взносов и долгов по оплате общедомовых коммунальных нужд.
Нелегко пришлось бывшей участнице кабаре-дуэта «Академия» в борьбе с ТСЖ, управляющим многоквартирным домом на улице Большие Каменщики. Хорошо, что была возможность напрямую обратиться на самый верх к мэру столицы Сергею Собянину и даже в Кремль к Владимиру Путину.
«В письме мэру я детально описала ту, по моему мнению, коррупционную схему, по которой живет современное ТСЖ. В этой порочной системе задействованы и участковые, и районные управы, и даже почтовые отделения, что для меня было неожиданной новостью», - заявила Лолита в эксклюзивном интервью изданию DailyShow.
И неизвестно, что именно помогло певице, но суд встал на сторону певицы, посчитав, что Лолита исправно оплачивала платежи ЖКХ, а в ТСЖ даже не вступала, поэтому членские взносы платить была не обязана.
А вот дочери Кобзона Наталье Раппопорт повезло гораздо меньше. Пресненский суд Москвы удовлетворил иск товарищества собственников жилья, где заявители просили обязать заплатить долг за ЖКХ в размере 1,2 млн. руб.
Товарищество собственников жилья «Дом со львами на Молчановке», в котором фактически числится, но не проживает дочь депутата Госдумы Иосифа Кобзона определило долг в кругленькую сумму за ремонт фасада здания и услуги охранника. Представитель дочери Иосифа Кобзона пояснила в суде, что своего согласия на ремонт Наталья не давала, а охранник в доме ей вообще не нужен.
- Расходы на ремонт фасада здания и оплата услуг охранника - необязательные услуги, и моя доверительница не обязана их оплачивать, - заявила адвокат Алла Муллаянова. - Для обеспечения безопасности жильцов вполне достаточно домофона и консьержа.
Наталья Раппопорт-Кобзон была уверена в своей правоте, так как не знала о решениях товарищества: две совмещенные квартиры в доме она сдает, а сама в данный момент вместе с детьми проживает за границей.
Тем не менее, суд занял сторону Товарищества собственников жилья.
- Решение о ремонте, как и решение об оплате услуг, принималось на собрании собственников жилья, - пояснил представитель «Дома со львами». - А Наталья Раппопорт-Кобзон за несколько лет не сочла нужным их обжаловать.
А по сообщениям Интернет портала diver-sant.ru известная телеведущая Тина Канделаки вот уже несколько лет является счастливой владелицей элитных апартаментов, расположенных на Крылатских Холмах города Москвы. Но как призналась сама звезда, несмотря на «элитность», с жильем постоянно возникают какие-то проблемы.
Проблемы начались с того момента, когда началось заселение. Как оказалось, строители просто забыли сделать форточки. Но, как известно, Канделаки не из тех, кто будет молча терпеть. Тина начала «разборки» и добилась того, чтобы форточки прорубили. Позднее Тина обнаружила, что фасад дома на уровне 33-го этажа не стали доделывать, а система пожарной безопасности вообще не работает. Пока еще Канделаки не вмешивается и ждет, что же будет дальше.
Тина рассказала еще одну интересную историю. Как оказалось, чтобы хоть немного приостановить затопление сверху, в гараже поставили бочки между дорогими автомобилями, принадлежащими жильцам элитного дома. В эти бочки стекает вода с потолка. А ТСЖ все также продолжает бездействовать. Интересно, насколько хватит терпения Канделаки, прежде чем она развяжет войну с управляющей компанией?

В конце 2012 года Жванецкий и Навка огорчили коммунальщиков.
Иск с требованием взыскать с сатирика Михаила Жванецкого 380 тысяч рублей за неуплату коммунальных платежей за 2011 год подала управляющая компания «Санраш». Как утверждали ее представители, Михаил Михайлович не платил за отопление, воду и свет в своей квартире в Старопименовском переулке последние четыре года.
Адвокат сатирика доказывал в суде с марта по октябрь 2012г., что сумма, которую компания требовала, в разы завышена. В итоге расходы сократили, стороны подписали мировую.

Похожая история и у Татьяны Навки. В 2011-м управляющая компания, обслуживающая квартиры в элитном доме «Коперник» на Большой Якиманке, пыталась взыскать с фигуристки через суд долг за «коммуналку» 700 тысяч рублей. Но собственницей квартиры оказалась не сама спортсменка, а ее мать, «Мы выиграли суд, - рассказала мама Навки, Раиса Анатольевна. - Заметили, что цифры, которые нам присылают, взяты с потолка. В квартире никого не было месяц, а счет за свет и воду - 80 тысяч... Зато у начальницы уборщиков зарплата 95 тысяч, а у самого управляющего - чуть ли не 500 тысяч... Словом, больше эта управляющая компания не обслуживает наш дом».
Что можно ещё сказать по этому поводу? В большинстве случаях правосудие существует. И если долго и настойчиво бороться за свои права, не делая поблажек и не взирая на… то есть возможность победить! Поэтому Интернет-изданию «Московское Время» остается лишь пожелать писательнице Юлии Шиловой не сдаваться, и надеется на положительный исход судебного разбирательства против действий руководителей ТСЖ в пользу собственника пентхауза в элитном многоэтажном высотном доме на Ленинском.

Эти проблемы напрямую связаны с безработицей и бездомными людьми. Но с другой стороны, кроме проблем, в нашем обществе есть люди, стремящиеся улучшить наш мир. Каким будет наше общество в будущем, зависит только от нас.
I’d like to tell you a couple of words about our modern society.
So I want to speak about pros and cons in our community. In my opinion the biggest problem we have it is crime. For example drug dealing. Nowadays many young people are under the influence of drugs and it is sad. Drugs can lead to serious problems such as poor schoolwork, loss of friends, problems at home, and lasting legal problems. Alcohol is not gone away from drugs. It is also a huge problem. Unfortunately there are a lot of different problems with crime like burglary, mugging or shoplifting. Most of these problems come about because the homeless. Despite the fact that we have many new and useful technologies we still can’t provide all people with jobs.
But on the other hand, people in modern society have done a lot of good things. I’m talking about Art. Today, art continues to play a major role in society like it did in the past. Until now, art still provokes awareness as contemporary artists use different media in order to share to everyone their view of the world. Artworks are open to different interpretations by its viewers, and although their message appears vague, they remain able to communicate something to the audience.
In our society there are both good and bad aspects. Fortunately there are people who want to make the world better. Such as Greenpeace, who protect our nature or different charitable companies which help people with their problems.
Summing up all the above, I would like to say that only we can change our life for the better.

Так как мы живем в современном обществе, активно использующем дары природы и технологий, неудивительно, что мы так часто замечаем проблемы, возникающие среди людей, которые потеряли чувство ответственности и человечности. Это касается и взрослых и детей.
Дети в школах перестали играть на площадках, больше не имеют нормального общения друг с другом, не помогают друг другу, не ожидая чего-то взамен. Они играют в виртуальные игры, проводят часы напролет за сообщениями в сети, смотрят фильмы и соревнуются друг с другом, у кого лучше одежда или мобильный телефон. Более того, дети стали более независимыми и самоуверенными. Это хорошо, что они знают теперь свои права, но это более чем плохо, что они обижают своих родителей, не уважают их и грубо с ними разговаривают.
У взрослых есть свои проблемы, несмотря на то, что они более опытные и умные. Алкоголь, наркотики, азартные игры – это их способы убежать от ответственности, повседневной жизни, решения проблем. Большинство преступлений происходят из-за алкоголя и наркотиков. Так много детей страдает от насилия их родителями, опьяненными алкоголем или наркотиками. Так много болезней существует только от употребления наркотиков и алкоголя. Так много смертей случается из-за этого, и никто не может снизить этот показатель на протяжении многих лет.
Я думаю, что мы, как современное общество должны прилагать больше усилий, чтобы удержать наших детей от этого пути, ведущим в никуда, только к смерти и боли. Никто не знает своей судьбы или будущего, но в наших силах бороться с распространением и употреблением наркотиков и алкоголя в обществе, особенно среди молодых людей. Нам нужны правильные власти, которые будут осознавать ответственность за народ и тяжесть этого бремени. Только вместе мы сможем открыть настоящее будущее для наших детей.

Society and its problems
As we live in a very modern society fully using the gifts of nature and technology it is not surprising, that we often observe different problems of people, who have lost the feeling of responsibility and humaneness. It concerns everybody, children and adults.
Children at schools no more play on the playgrounds, communicating with each other normally, help each other without waiting for something in response. They are playing virtual games, spending hours writing messages, watching movies and competing with each other on who has better clothes or cell phones. Moreover children had become more independent and self confident. It is good, that they know now their rights, but it is more than bad that they offend their parents, do not respect them and talk rudely to them.
Adults have their own problems, in spite of being more experienced and smart. Alcohol, drugs, gambling are their ways of escaping from responsibility, everyday life, resolving home problems. Most of crimes happen because of alcohol and drugs. So many children suffer from violence by their parents being drunk or drugged. So many illnesses exist just due to the usage of drugs and alcohol. There are so many deaths caused by this, and no one can reduce its rate for so many decades.
I think that we as modern humanity should take more pains to prevent our children from going this wrong way leading to nowhere, just death and pain. No one knows his destiny and future, but it is in our power to fight the distribution and usage of drugs and alcohol in the society, and especially among young people. We need the right authorities which will realize the responsibility for the people, and heaviness of this burden. Only together we can open the real future for our children.
On the TV, on the radio, in the newspapers, every day we can hear and read that old, traditional values have devaluated, that they are able to bring nothing good to modern world. But is it really so? In my opinion the nowadays, modern society cannot afford to reject the traditional values. Any society at any time will need some universal and never changing values and rules to provide basement for functioning and development.
First of all there are some values which will never devaluate. The set of them is called natural law - some believe they had been given to human by God, the others that they come from the "inside" of the man; the feeling, that one cannot do to somebody else what would be bad for himself. This law is a basic ground for all codes of "formal" law produced ever since by any human civilisation in any part of the world. And it"s surprising how much they all agree about these natural laws.
Furthermore every society will need the values which must not change throughout the centuries to support its own functioning and development. The values which will bring order and safety enabling the society to develop and rise. In all known civilisations these values are: family, rejecting killing, murder and theft, honesty, modesty, freedom and religion. The set of these values is present in every religion and belief, every law code and it has been taught to youngsters at all times.
In the army there is a saying that the code of regulations had been written with the blood of these who did not comply with it. It can quite as well be said about the traditional values in the modern society (they are actually some kind of "code of regulations" for life) - they contain the knowledge and experiences of the past generations which are priceless.
There are of course the opponents of this view. In their opinion the modern society has to develop new values and new rules, since the old ones are no more useful.

Moreover, some of the highest mountains and longest rivers are also found in Asia. The chapters that I would be mainly focusing are based on the aspects of people and society in Pacific Asia. The people of Japan mostly reside in Honshu, Kyushu, Hokkaido and Shikoku. The two terms that means people of Japan are Nipponjin and Nihonjin and they basically resemble the Tibetans. Japan has a very high population and in 2002 it was declared to be the 10th most populous countries; however the Japanese population has been facing a decline due to the western influence because of which small household have become a trend.
Japan has a homogenous culture, tradition and language and the main religions are Buddhism and Shinto.
Most of the people in Japan live in the urban areas than in cities. (Maps of the world. com, n. d.). Like Japan, China is also one of the populous countries in the world. China is a multi ethnic country and majority of the population speak Chinese. (Welcome to China, n. d.). Most of the people in China grow rice, ride bicycles and fewer cars can be seen only in cities. They Chinese people prefer doing things in the old ways their ancestors used to. The Chinese people use the decimal system as their currency that consists of paper money as well as the coins.(Ebrey, n. d.).
